speakup is a free web app for practicing impromptu speaking. By using it, you agree to these terms. If you don't, please stop using the app.
What we provide
We provide the app on an "as is" basis. Free features are free to use. Paid features, when launched, will be clearly labelled and billed separately. We reserve the right to change features, pricing, or availability at any time.
Your content
Whatever you say into the microphone stays on your device. We don't claim any rights to your transcripts or session data. You're responsible for what you say and for not using the app to harass, threaten, or defame anyone.
No guarantees
We try to make the app reliable, but we can't guarantee uptime, accuracy of speech recognition, or that your practice will land you a promotion. The app is provided without warranty of any kind.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, speakup and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the product evolves. Continued use of the app after changes means you accept the new terms.
